Medicinal Donations

You Can’t Have Wellness Without Compassion

When Mercy first opened its doors in 2010, the goal was to provide cannabis to members of the community that couldn’t afford cannabis, but who had a physician’s reference and sought relief to a variety of ailments. We regularly found ways to provide our members with cannabis products at the lowest possible cost, often through donation. When the state legalized recreational cannabis in 2018, the laws made it extremely difficult to donate to those in need. Thanks to numerous organizations like Jetty Extracts and Dear Cannabis, as well as signatures from thousands of our customers, there was a successfully lobbied shift in legislation (CA SB-34). We can once again get the plant we love – in its many forms – into the hands of those that need it.

Current Donation Options

RSO from Emerald Bay Extracts

RSO, or Rick Simpson Oil, is a cannabis product that utilizes a solvent to extract cannabinoids.  Emerald Bay Extracts full-spectrum RSO is packaged into syringes (for oral consumption) that allow for very specific and high dosing desired by many medicinal members.

The RSO syringes are the only current donation option, but check out what else from Emerald Bay is available in our store.
