Like most people, some days you just can’t make it to the store, but dammit, you want your cannabis when you want it.
Mercy delivers. We make that magic happen. You get your cannabis.
We’re starting Mercy delivery service Monday, December 16, 2019. Place your order by going to Mercy Express, our e-Commerce menu and select “Delivery” when you checkout.
You can expect to see us soon after you place the order. Delivery orders can be placed between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, and first orders go out the door at 10:00 am.
Our current delivery areas include Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, Cotati, South Sebastopol, and Windsor. We don’t go too far west in Petaluma (we’ll text you if you live outside our delivery zone).
All good things come with a price. This one is a flat fee of $12 per delivery.
If you happen to live out of our delivery zone, don’t worry! You can still choose in-store pickup to save time and skip the line on Mercy Express. It’s free, convenient, and orders are ready within 30 minutes.
Mercy Wellness Delivery FAQ
Are product prices the same whether I purchase in-store or receive through delivery?
Yes. All prices and taxes are the same as if you were to purchase in the store. *There is no minimum order amount. The delivery fee is $12 per order.
Where is Mercy Delivery available?
Mercy Delivery will offer same-day delivery in the incorporated areas of Santa Rosa, Windsor, Rohnert Park, Cotati, Penngrove, Petaluma and the downtown area of Sebastopol. If you happen to live out of our delivery area you will be notified via text. Alternatively, we invite you to use Mercy Express. Order online, pick up in the store and skip the line.
Where can I receive my delivery?
How do I place an order?
- Go to www.mercywellness.com and click “shop” at the top of the page. This will take you to the online menu. If you haven’t shopped with us before, you will need to create an account before moving forward.
- Once you have created an account and/or logged in you can shop our online menu.
- After you have made your selection you will be brought to the checkout cart.
- At this time you will see an “edit link” on the right side of the screen (see photo below). Click on it and you will have the option for in-store pickup or delivery. Select delivery.
What kind of items can I have delivered?
We offer the entire Mercy Wellness inventory for delivery! Everything that we currently have available at the dispensary can also be brought to your doorstep.
How much cannabis can I order?
1 ounce (28.5 grams) of cannabis flower and 8 grams of concentrated cannabis are allowed each day for adult-use/recreational orders. Combined 8 ounces (228 grams) of flower and concentrated cannabis are allowed each day for medicinal cannabis orders.
What payment types do you accept?
Mercy Wellness Delivery is currently cash only and all payments are taken in person by the driver. Please have your cash payment ready upon delivery.
Will I get change if I don’t have the exact payment amount?
Yes. Your delivery driver will provide the exact change for your purchase if necessary.
How long will it take for my cannabis delivery to arrive?
We are committed to providing quick and efficient deliveries to our customers. Depending on the time of day, volume of delivery orders, and destination addresses, please allow up to 4 hours for your order to arrive.
Do I have to be present to have my order delivered?
Yes. Whether you are a new OR returning customer you must present your ID to receive your order. The ID you present MUST be yours and match the ID associated with your account. Please have a valid ID ready for your driver when they arrive.
What is considered a valid form of identification?
State Driver’s License, State-issued Identification card, Valid US or foreign-issued passport, Military issued Identification card (NO ACTIVE DUTY)
Do I need to be a medical patient to order?
No. Our license allows us to deliver medical and adult-use cannabis products. If you have a recommendation issued by your physician, the limits on products that contain THC will be higher. *If you do not have a medical card or recommendation, you MUST be at least 21 or older to order.
How can I track my order?
All of our delivery customers will be sent SMS text messages that will update them on the status of their orders. This includes a link to track and watch your driver while they are on the way.
Are my neighbors and/or colleagues all going to know that I just ordered cannabis?
Our delivery vehicles and personnel are discrete and professional. Our vehicles are unmarked and no delivery order will be visible to anyone until it is in your hands.
Can I return items from my order?
All sales are final. However, if you change your mind about your order before making the purchase, you can choose to cancel your order with the delivery driver.
What happens if my delivery order is incorrect?
We encourage you to double check your delivery order before your driver leaves. If the order is incorrect the driver will take it back, return at a later time with the correct order, and waive the $12 delivery fee. Please note: If the seal is broken on any product packaging it will not be able to be returned.
Can I modify my order after I have submitted it?
No. Our drivers do not travel with inventory other than current orders, no modifications can be made to your order once it is out for delivery.

What are the Mercy Delivery hours?
Delivery orders can be made between the hours of 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Please be advised that under heavy demand, our last call can be earlier. To make sure you receive your order, we recommend making sure your order is placed at least an hour before our closing time.
Do I earn MercyLove rewards points with delivery purchases?
Absolutely! Every purchase you make earns you loyalty points. Both in-store and delivery.
Do I need to tip my delivery person?
Nope, not at all! All of our drivers and budtenders do not accept tips. However, you can leave a review of your experience with your driver. Good reviews result in various perks for employees.
